- Rates and Reservations
A block of rooms at the Westin Diplomat has been reserved at the group rate of $319 per night (single or double occupancy), plus 6% sales tax and 5% occupancy tax. The cutoff date for reserving a room at this group rate is February 11, 2009, or until the room block has sold out. After that date, reservations are subject to availability and there is no guarantee of a discounted rate. Due to the high demand for rooms at the Westin Diplomat, you must register for the conference prior to securing your accommodations. Make your reservation now.

The Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa require a one room night deposit for each reservation requested. All major credit cards accepted. If canceling within 72 hours before arrival, you will forfeit your one room night deposit and the room will be released for the remaining dates reserved.
