Elaine comes from the United States Attorney's Office in Brooklyn, NY, where she was the Chief of Asset Forfeiture Section and also served as Deputy Chief of the Narcotics Section supervising investigations ranging from money laundering, terrorist financing, narcotics trafficking, U.S. sanctions and export-related violations and criminal/civil forfeiture cases. Prior to becoming an AUSA, Elaine was a federal agent with the Dept. of Homeland Security where she investigated money laundering and organized crime, the smuggling of U.S. military and weapons technology and also worked undercover. Elaine is a co-author of "Combating Serious Crimes in Post Conflict Societies", and in 2001, served as the Organized Crime legal advisor to the United Nations Mission in Kosovo where she led a team that drafted criminal statutes on organized crime, wire tapping and witness protection.

He was appointed Section Chief of the Financial Operations Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Far East unit in September 2004. Recently Mr. Haff assisted in the formation of the Afghan Threat Finance Cell (ATFC). Prior to joining the DEA, Mr. Haff was with the Houston (TX) Police Department.

From 2003 through 2009, Doug was cross-designated as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in the Eastern District of New York. He has litigated organized crime, narcotics trafficking, internet fraud and terrorist financing prosecutions. Prior to joining the FBI, Doug served as an Assistant District Attorney in New York, where he handled the investigation and prosecution of white collar and violent crime cases.
